Introduction

The idea that someone might have a ‘job for life’ is almost impossible to conceive these days. We’re all likely to have at least 10 jobs during the course of our careers.  However, that does’t mean that we can’t have ‘lifelong employment’. We simply have to understand that this means something different now.

This webinar will introduce you to the concept of the ‘Intelligent Career’. The term refers to the notion that in today’s constantly changing world of work, we need to assume ownership of our careers rather than passively allowing circumstances or other people to determine what we do.

That in turn requires defining what ‘career ownership’ actually means for us, and then using our ‘intelligence’ to pursue it.
