If you’d like to find out more about Charlotte’s approach, please contact her to have an initial chat. You’ll find out what the options are for working together; and you can then decide whether and how you’d like to proceed. A contact form is available here.
The initial discussion is free and lasts for 45-60 minutes. It allows you to get to know Charlotte (and vice versa), and to tell her where you are, where you’re trying to get to, and what might be getting in the way. Charlotte will provide you with information on what can be done to address the challenges, what the overall process might involve, and suggestions for next steps regardless of whether you decide to work with her or not.
Following the initial discussion, Charlotte will send you further information about prices, the assessments that are used, and other practical details.
If you decide to go ahead, she will send you a more formal coaching proposal to check and approve.
There will be opportunities to review progress during the programme and at the end, time will be given to reflect on the learning.
The number of sessions required and total cost will vary from person to person depending on the depth of work needed and the types of tools that are recommended. Briefly, the hourly rate is £55 (or £50 if you buy a block of four sessions).
If you’re considering investing in career guidance or strength analysis for personal or professional development, it is essential that you find a qualified practitioner with whom you feel comfortable working and who can provide you with the sort of guidance and support you’re looking for. Approaches vary greatly.
