This 60 minute discussion will allow us to get to know each other, and provide you with an opportunity to talk through where you are, where you’re trying to get to, and what might be getting in the way.

I will explain what can be done to address the challenges and what the overall process might involve, and I’ll offer suggestions for next steps regardless of whether you decide to continue working with me or not.

Following the initial discussion, I will send you information about prices, the assessments that are used, and other practical details.

If you decide to proceed with further sessions, you’ll receive a formal coaching proposal to check and approve.
